
The Clubhouse serves lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday. Dinner is served 5-8:30pm midweek, 5-9:00pm Friday & Saturday. Bar closes 10pm, and 11pm Friday & Saturday. Main dining room closed 3-5pm. 
We are pleased to announce that Executive Chef Mark Pawlak has joined GWC as Executive Chef. Mark has over 25 years of experience working for private clubs and restaurants in CT and NY.
