Carla Catanzaro, General Manager, joins us with 12 years of club management experience in the lower Fairfield County area. Carla understands our clients’ needs and has made it her personal goal to meet and greet each new member. She is available to give tours and highlight the many outstanding club benefits. Under Carla’s direction, we secured the best staff and top fitness experts. Jim DeCarlo, Facilities Manager, has developed outstanding cross-training regimes with aquatics, rowing, and our state-of-the art fitness facility. Jim has trained hundreds of the top athletes in Fairfield County and has personally been responsible for the largest interscholastic athletic programs in New England, including 40 varsity programs. Coach DeCarlo has managed over 100 coaches and won numerous educational training awards. Jim DeCarlo is a Certified Administrator in Connecticut (092) and New York (SAS) and has even been named Coach of the Year. 


Pamela Campbell, Fitness Director, graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Sport Management/Exercise Science degree.  Pam’s first job out of college was working for NBC’s Fitness Center.  She taught group classes for the Today Show staff and was a personal trainer for people from Saturday Night Live and the Today Show.  Pam has been in the industry teaching and training for the last 15 years.  She worked for a fitness software company and traveled all over the United States training owners and staff on how to implement the software.  For the last four years, Pam has been teaching locally and is certified in NASM, AFFA, Reebok Spin, Apex, Kettlebells, and Smartbells.
