Junior Summer Programs

1 and 2 Week program sessions
Concentrated summer classes run at intervals of 3 hours each weekday, from either: 9:30am to 12:30pm or 1:30pm to 4:30pm.

Workouts are balanced between water training, running, circuit training and indoor ergometer work. We offer two class options within any of our four sessions; the one-week sessions are run within the first week of each two-week session.

Summer Training for Collegiate & Junior Elite Racing

May 29th - August 11th
For college and high-school competitive rowers, summer programs are ideal to focus on athletic goals and get a head start on the competition. Greenwich Crew provides this head start for motivated athletes with our Summer Racing Team. A summer of building skills, fitness, and race experience may be the difference between JV or Varsity, bronze medals or gold in the fall.
