Mike’s Organic Delivery offers farm to door home delivery service of the freshest, healthiest, local, foods available. Stop by the Fitness Center as they will bring some organic, local veggies to taste and information if anyone should like to sign up for delivery. Mike’s Organic Delivery has partnered with small, local farms to deliver farm fresh, organic/sustainable: eggs, honey, butter, vegetables, fruits and free range meat (beef, chicken, pork, lamb) directly to your home.

Theme: Health is Where the Heart is: The Role of Emotions in Health

Join us for an informative talk by Greenwich Hospital’s Center for Integrative Medicine. The model of holism and healing that creates health and resolves illness recognizes the importance of the heart, emotions, and feelings. This discussion will introduce you to the new concepts about the importance of the heart, the nature of emotions, and the complex intercommunication between our brain and our heart. The consequences may help you to find new ways of reaching out to your friends and family. In addition we’ll demonstrate our method of biofeedback that connects the brain and heart.
