Let us help to arrange your perfect private event. In addition to themed menus and reliable childcare, below are some preliminary ideas of how others have enjoyed their perfect party here at GWC.

| In the Coxswains Lounge |
This beautiful room is situated upstairs for secluded private events. Enjoy the Water Club's top floor views of the river and pool with a private brunch, daytime meeting or evening dinner party. As you pass through the inviting main entrance, an elevator will take your guests to the top floor.
The Coxswains Lounge accommodates 45 people for sit down dinner, or buffet style event for up to 60 guests. You may also want to enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails for up to 70 people. The balcony is a wonderful way welcome your guests, or utilize it as an additional lounge area for buffet and breaks, or as an extended cocktail area.
Just as the name suggests, the Coxswains Lounge strategically directs the event. This room is ideal for occasions that last one, two, or even three days. For an upscale meeting event, lead your team each day as you are served breakfast, lunch and break treats upstairs, then finish with a superb dinner finale by inviting your guests to accompany you in the main dining room.

| The Regatta Lounge |
Our acclaimed Regatta Lounge has convenient access on the ground floor and is ideal for private parties or meeting events any time of the day. Brunch through dinner is welcomed in the newly converted area.
The Regatta Lounge is now a family-style lounge and great for sit down parties for 50 or buffet and mingling for up to 60 guests.

The entire dining room will offer sit down parties for 90 people, or create an appealing buffet style banquet to include up tot 125 guests.

We also offer a choice of rooms in our Fitness Center.
| Mianus Room |
The Mianus Room may accommodate 60 people for a sit down meal or 130 for a buffet style or training event in the afternoon or evening.

| Riverside Room |
Enjoy this waterside room that accommodates 55 people for afternoon and evening events and 110 for a lighter mingle party. GWC Members have especially enjoyed this room as it overlooks our rich bluestone deck, pool and marina.

For a quaint approach, the Common Room at our turn of the century Cos Cob Inn may accommodate 8-10 people mid day. |
Booking Policy
Confirmation of head count is required 7 days in advance of any booked event. The Greenwich Water Club operates on a scheduled event basis and this requires that our Members provide a minimum of three week
notice when canceling an event. No charge will be levied should a Member cancel with more than 7 days notice given, except for peak holiday times when 21 days notice is needed.
