About the Director:
Victoria Newman, MS Ed.
Vicky has been involved in educating children for over 15 years.
In addition to having taught at Parkway School, Vicky has run the early childhood program at the Stamford JCC, and serves on the education committee at the Selma Meisel Nursery School at Temple Sholom.
Vicky has a masters in elementary education and is a member of the Education Research Bureau (ERB), Secondary Schools Admissions Testing Board (SSATB), and the Independent Educational Consultant Association (IECA).

Recognizing the needs of early childhood all the way through college preparation,
we asked Greenwich Education and Prep, LLC. (GE+P) to run our GWC Education program.

Private tutoring is available for all age groups.

Middle School Transition Class |
Close the gap between 5th and 6th grade through an intensive prep course in study skills and organization in the context of literature study and expository writing. An expert in middle school education will teach this course. |
The Writing Team |
Success as a student means being able to write a well-organized and detailed essay. This workshop will teach the six basic traits of excellent writing: voice, organization, sentence structure, fluency, grammar and punctuation, including critical thinking skills.
Younger students will concentrate on building skills and developing confidence that they can bring to their school work, while the focus for juniors and seniors will be on developing a winning college application essay. Professional writing instructors will lead these sessions. |
